Purchasing

Prices and availability of products on our Site are subject to change without notice. The price advertised on the product detail page at the time you place an order is the price you will pay.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product images and descriptions on our Site, but we do not guarantee they are wholly accurate. Images used on the Site are for illustration purposes only.
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the product. We may choose not to accept your offer for any reason. We will charge your payment method and complete the order only once we ship the product.
Shipping and Delivery
We will pack, ship and deliver purchases directly to you. Please check your order confirmation and account for details.
We ship only to addresses in the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Prices include shipping costs.
We aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.
We may occasionally experience delays in shipping due to reasons outside of our control. In this case, we will let you know the expected new delivery date.
We ship using trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx). After we provide the package to the carrier, the carrier is solely responsible for delivery, so we cannot accept liability for delayed deliveries.
We will include a pre-printed return label in your package for easy returns. See our Returns Policy below for more details.
Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information on our systems.
You are responsible for any taxes, import duties or customs duties that may apply to your order.
Promotions
Promotions on our Site are valid for limited times only while supplies last. Promo codes must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. Promo codes cannot be added retroactively to orders.
Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that use promo codes fraudulently.
Only one promo code may be used per order. Redemptions are limited to one per customer for the duration of the promotion.
Free gifts with purchase are available while supplies last and will be automatically added to your cart when the required minimum purchase amount is met.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Please fill out our online Return Form to start the return process. Return shipping costs will be paid or reimbursed by us.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund processing.
All products must be returned unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. We cannot accept returns of:
- Intimate apparel
- Swimwear
- Hosiery and socks
We also cannot accept returns if the products appear worn, damaged or altered in any way.
Account Registration
You have the option to register for an account on our Site. Account registration may allow you to checkout faster, store preferences, review history and manage your orders.
You must provide accurate information when registering an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate information.
